Pork Pibil (“Cochinita Pibil”):

• Pork Pibil or “Cochinita Pibil”: originated from the Yucatán Peninsula that is uniquely marinated with achiote and pit-roasted, similar to pulled pork.
• Our Yucatan Style Pork (also known Pork Pibil) is slow cooked using artisanal Mexican recipes, chilled, then packaged and quickly frozen to lock in the amazing flavours and juices. With our ready-to-eat packs (500g of protein), you can speed up dinner prep by simply thawing, warming, and serving! This is a frozen product and requires reheating. A ready-to-eat option is also available for events.
